Keynote speaker Prof. Melissa Dinsman, Associate Professor of English at York College (CUNY), will discuss how the information landscape changed in the 1930s and 1940s and how Americans before, during and after WWII received their news not just from newspapers and magazines but from the new technologies of radio and newsreels.
