In addition to encyclopedia articles, news articles are an excellent place to begin your research and help you begin to move towards a research question.

There are two basic approaches to finding news articles.

EASY: go directly to the New York Times or Wall Street Journal (note that for extended access, you'll need to create accounts)
MORE EFFICIENT: search a library database and filter by PUBLICATION TYPE=NEWSPAPER
