Internet Resources

  • Federal Reserve Board: The site of the Federal Reserve Board has information about banking, monetary policy, and protecting the overall stability of the financial system. It includes links to press releases, publications, general information, monetary policy, the banking system and other subjects.
  • Marxists.org: This unbiased, non-political archive has an extensive collection of information about Karl Marx and the history of Marxism. Information has been translated into over twenty (20) languages.
  • National Bureau of Economic Research: The National Bureau of Economic Research is a non-profit organization "dedicated to promoting a greater understanding of how the economy works." Although a bit technical, it also has much information relevant to research papers and class assignments.
  • Bureau of Labor Statistics: The Bureau of Labor Statistics, part of the United States Department of Labor, offers statistical data and other information about virtually all aspects of the American economy.
