WAVE Tool - This tool helps to review a webpage for accessibility, and offers feedback. There is also a browser extension.
WebAIM - Color Contrast Checker
Cadet - Allows for creation of captions for videos: "offline caption-editing software for creating post-production online captions or audio-description scripts."
